Deephaven, Minnesota

Ron Brenner Architects designed this home as a kickoff model for a new residential development in Deephaven, Minnesota.

The exterior is characterized by its dramatic steep front facing gable with wrap around porch. Dormers punctuate the sides of the roof and allow natural light to filter the spaces within.

The main floor accommodates dining, kitchen and living areas within an open floor plan; three bedrooms occupy the second floor below the steep roof line. A bonus space above the garage provides plenty of room for an additional bedroom and flexible family space.
