Progress Update On Our Victorian Lady Remodel

On The Boards & Around Stillwater | All the details are coming together! We're in the throws of CA (Construction Administration) on our Victorian Lady on the North Hill of Stillwater, and we couldn't be more excited to share a progress update!

Regular site meetings are very important, especially on a remodel as extensive as this one is. Old homes, such as our Victorian Lady, present unique challenges that often unearth themselves during demolition. Needless to say, we're onsite frequently!

Recent meetings have included: discussions about tile – layout, material transitions and the selection of grout colors; paint & stain – to find that perfect floor color and ensure the colors for the home flow from outside to inside and throughout; and trim & millwork – to confirm base and crown profiles, review alignment of coffered ceiling in the dining room, and ensure new details blend seamlessly with the charm of the old.

In a few short weeks the home owners will be moving back in and enjoying views of the St. Croix River from their new Balcony.
