Residential Revit Specialist
We're seeking a technically oriented individual responsible for quality control and preparing Construction Drawings within Revit. You will be valued as a critical member of our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills/traits:
Possess a thorough understanding of residential construction systems and methods.
Extensive experience completing Residential Construction Drawings to a 100% complete level within Revit.
A passion for getting things done accurately and concisely.
Ability to conceptualize residential structural systems and coordinate elements with the structural engineer of record.
Ability to take design sketches and concepts prepared by Project Architect/Project Designer; and develop them into real working solutions.
Ability to oversee, review, and redline the work of other staff members.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, and Rendering skills are a strong plus.
A desire to learn, work in a collaborative team environment, and have fun. Fuddy-Duddies need not apply.
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Project Architect / Designer
We seek a well-rounded individual responsible for various tasks, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and CA, with diverse build and finishing details knowledge. We work in small groups, handling projects that vary widely in scope and complexity across all design and construction phases. We also want someone who enjoys the hands-on aspect of creating as we collaborate closely with skilled builders, artisans, engineers, landscape designers, and our clients. We seek individuals passionate about thoughtful and engaging design with a get-it-done attitude showcasing leadership and independence towards the day-to-day process. Effective communication is paramount. You will be valued as a critical member of our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills/traits:
5 to 15 years of experience performing various design tasks and creating coordinated drawings for new custom homes and boutique commercial projects.
A high level of Proficiency in Revit. Ability to communicate all design aspects (Exterior and Interior Architecture) within Revit.
Excellent Sketchup and Rending skills – particularly utilizing the Enscape plugin.
A working knowledge of Autocad.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Interior Design skills would be a strong plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations
A professional degree in Architecture would be valued but not required.
